The Veggie

Ingredients:

  • 100% Whole Wheat
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Tomato
  • Yellow or sweet onion
  • Cucumber
  • Lettuce
  • Mayonaise
     

Directions:

Don’t limit yourself to just these veggies! Load it up. Add your favorite vegetables, cheese, and mayo to create your own colorful and filling sandwich…without meat.

Blueberry, Banana, & Almond Butter

Ingredients:

  • Nine Grain
  • Fresh Blueberries
  • Ripe Banana
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Creamy Almond Butter

Directions:

Toast two slices of Nine Grain. Face them toward each other when you put them in the toaster. That way only one side of each slice gets toasted. See what we did there?

Spread your creamy almond butter over both of the untoasted sides.

Spoon your favorite Greek yogurt over one slice.

Add as many blueberries as you can on top of the yogurt.

Slice your banana and lay out on top of the blueberries.

Grilled Caprese

Ingredients:

  • Homestyle Wheat
  • Fresh Mozzarella
  • Basil
  • Big, Juicy, Fresh Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Olive Oil
  • Salted Butter

Directions:

Slice your tomatoes and avocado.

Butter your bread and place in a pan at medium heat and add your fresh mozzarella and tomato slices.

Flip your sandwich, then add the basil and avocado. Sprinkle a little salt.

Grill the other side. Once it's browned, the mozzarella should nicely melted.

Peanut Butter & Strawberries

Ingredients:

  • Homestyle Wheat
  • Creamy peanut butter
  • Fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Directions:

Mash the strawberries, vanilla extract, honey, and cinnamon in a bowl.

Spread your creamy peanut butter on both sides of your toast and add the strawberry mix between the slices.

Salmon & Egg Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • Nine Grain
  • Smoke salmon
  • Egg
  • Avocado
  • Havarti cheese
  • Chives
  • Olive Oil

Directions:

While your egg is frying in the pan, drop two slices of Nine Grain into your toaster. Fry the egg to over medium-ish.

Layer the havarti, smoked salmon, avocado, and egg between the slices. Sprinkle chopped chives and salt.
